All New Men’s Division!

Our all new Men’s Division at Bodyfit is designed to include all the necessary components to achieve results, including a significant increase in muscle mass and decrease in body fat. The program includes resistance training that is cardio-based as well as nutrition consultation and overall education on not only what we are doing but more importantly why we do it.  We find this really ensures the results of the participants.

The program includes three one-hour workouts per week and lasts for 12 weeks.  Each week members will get full access to participate in any of our men’s division classes that are listed below.  You will also have the option to sub out a 3rd weekly workout for one of our TRX program classes.  In addition to the three weekly workouts, members will also receive a nutrition template as well as on-going nutrition education.

The cost for the program is $135.00 a month for three months, which breaks down to just pennies over $11.00 a workout.  A nationally certified Personal Trainer instructs each workout. Our small class sizes ensure each participant is given proper instruction and as always no workout is repeated so expect to always be challenged.

Wednesdays and Fridays at 5:30 AM

Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00pm (starting the first week of November)
