Hi my name is Lindsay Conner. I have been passionate about health and fitness as long as I can remember. I graduated college at Eastern Michigan university with degree in Reading and Early childhood education , I soon realized being in the classroom was not what I was meant to do. I became a group fitness instructor through American Council on Exercise in 2006. After working as a group fitness instructor I knew I wanted to take it to a more personal level with clients so I went to school to be personal trainer. In addition to my my group fitness and personal training license I am certified in spinning , Pilates Mat 1 and 2, strength and conditioning coaching , and nutritional coaching for people interested in a plant based diet. Currently I am studying to become a certified holistic trainer.
Outside of the fitness world, I have been married to my highschool sweetheart for 7 years and we have 2 amazing children together. My husband is a professional hockey player which makes for an interesting lifestyle , but I wouldn’t change it for the world . I love to be a stay at home mom, going to Church ( I am active in our church) , walking and learning. I am very passionate about cooking and eating a diet full of plant based organic food . I spend hours in the kitchen everyday making new recipes and testing them on out on my family, my family and friends are always telling me I need to write a cookbook.
I feel blessed to be apart of Bodyfit. My goal is to help our clients achieve their goals and enjoy doing it. I want to instill the love of health and fitness as we all do here at Bodyfit. Thank you for allowing me to help you in your journey to a better , healthier life.
